PE Solutions Ltd (PES) have worked meticulously with the Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA) and Ministry of Defence to ensure that both SAAs are legally approved by the required stakeholders and regulatory Government agencies. PES in collaboration with the Ghanaian Navy manage the SAAs. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is in place and available on request.
Both SAAs are protected by multiple armed Patrol Vessels, which enforce a Maritime Exclusion Zone (MEZ) around the anchored vessels to deter and interdict any potential threats. All our patrol vessels are Navy Registered with Naval callsigns and are manned by armed Ghanaian Navy who well versed in maritime security operations.
